Two simple ways to list with us

List only

  • Zero cost to the homeowner (guests pay all fees)

  • we’ll send you guest reservations - no strings attached and no cost to you!

  • We don’t have a review system that guests can use against hosts

  • We won't penalize hosts for charging a cleaning fee

  • We collect and pay TOT county fees for our hosts

  • Each guest is required to sign a renter’s contract, pay a deposit, and have a credit card / ID on file the same way they would at a hotel

  • The sound ordinance, clearly verified property damage and excessive cleaning penalties will be enforced and fines will be charged to the offending guest

  • 5% commission on any experiences booked with Mountain Vibes Guests

  • Use your current cleaner or we can provide one.

  • Access to our local contractors, electricians, plumbers, and other vendors who extend in-network discounts.

  • Continuous on-site inspections before and after each guest

  • Opportunities to up-sell services through our website portal. These services include offering massage therapy, filling the fridge for the guest, snack/beverage sales to your guests and more.

  • Local team that automatically knows when to buy and stock firewood, set bee traps to avoid summer issues and went to high-school with the most reliable plow truck driver in town.

  • We take the guesswork out of owning, maintaining and renting a cabin in the woods so you can sleep soundly knowing your property is 100% taken care of.

  • Please provide information detailing your cabin and we will contact you within 24 hours.
